Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that time for delivery is only indicative.Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please contact us should you wish to place an order outside Europe. We will be happy to email you back with an estimate depending of the weight of your parcel.
As an indication please allow 8-21 working days for rest of the world delivery.
* Please note that all taxes and duty that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Mimosa Kids.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may change or return any item purchased within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Before posting the items to us please send us an email to email@example.com confirming details of the item you wish to return including:
Reason for return
Your name, address and telephone number
Once we confirm receipt of your email you can mail the items to us to the following address:

We recommend that you use a delivery method which can be tracked as we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
After the item has been inspected and checked that is in perfect condition, we will return full payment to you within 30 days following reception of the item.
If you wish to exchange an item for a larger or a smaller size please follow the same procedure as above. You will also need to inform us by email of the item you would like to exchange for and we will confirm availability in stock upon receiving your email.
Full priced Products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 15 days after receipt. Mimosa Kids will not accept returns of non-faulty Products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the Product(s) will be returned to the customer.
Nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
